Summer Days with Champagne & Sunlight

So this is what you do in Amsterdam: when it`s sunny and warm outside, you spend all day walking around the city or enjoying food and drinks in the open, alone or in good company, in my case also taking some photos every now and then.

Later on, when the sunny days are over (and haven`t they gone fast this year!), you look back to those photos and you blog about that experience retrospectively, when everything seems even better than it probably was! 🙂

It`s exactly what I am doing right now, at the end of a day when not only have I worn my Autumn clothes, but I have also got the Autumn-Winter blankets back into use in the house.

So, as the hot tea is waiting on my night table, here are some bits and pieces of a day as described above, happening not so long ago, at one of my favourite Summer spots in Amsterdam: the Zouthaven.
