Good evening and good morning!
After a cosy Friday evening at home, with plenty of time for cooking and for relaxing in the company of red wine and candle lights, it`s now weekend again, one of my favourite kind actually, with no plans and no emergencies whatsoever.
It`s a rainy Saturday morning (again, read: afternoon), with me on the couch and a cup of coffee on my right. I`ve been drinking from it since breakfast, a couple of hours ago.
The dishwasher is making a familiar sound, somewhere in the background. From time to time, a bike or a car is passing down the small street, disrupting an otherwise very quiet day.
Tom is reading his sports news and other things of interest for him, somewhere to my left, and from time to time he is bursting into laughter. Funny things must have been happening in the world. 🙂
This is a common Saturday morning in this home and the intention is to go and see a late afternoon movie to one of our favourite cinemas. Had the weather permitted, we would have been out in the sun somewhere. But not yet.
The house needs some cleaning, but this is not a priority… Weekends are for relaxation, not for running around like crazy and doing things you would rather not do. That`s what working days are for.
All in all, I wish you a pleasant one!
