I have briefly introduced you to Stephanie and her Appetit Voyage project in December last year. Some of you had the chance to meet her in person during the Christmas Pop-up Shopping Experience, also in December.
This Saturday I had the pleasure of spending a lovely evening at her beautiful place in Haarlem for a wine tasting. It was the first time I attended such thing, so I had no idea what to expect, other than – of course – to drink some wine!
Not only that I had plenty of wine, both white and red, but it was also very good. And so was the food assortment, the company and Stephanie`s useful information on the subject.
To me, it was more than a wine tasting. It was also a kind of pop-up dinner, where people who knew less about each other – or haven`t ever met before – had the chance to enjoy a nice evening, share thoughts and little stories – all seasoned with a nice glass of wine and a delicious treat that Stephanie had so well prepared.
Here are some photos I managed to take while I was not drinking. 🙂

Gezellig. Looks like a lovely way to spend an evening. Nice to see an Australian shiraz (photo 24) on your tasting list. Pairing the delicious food with good wine is the only way to go. Your photos really capture the enjoyment and atmosphere of the event. Regards Peet
Yes, the Shiraz was actually one of my favourites! I had 2 glasses of it, while just one glass from the others. :))
Andra! Thank you sooo much! You put something in your pictures,… that anyone has the feeling to be there! I am really touched by photos!
I am very happy you liked the photos, Stephanie! They are the proof last night was great for everyone at the table. 🙂
