The first week of May is almost over and I still haven`t made my April retrospective. This needs to be fixed soon, especially because there are lots of nice things to remember!
So, without further ado, here are the highlights of this past month:
– Easter break in Paris in the nice company of friends living there, including a day trip to the beach in Normandie and a visit to Philharmonie de Paris to see an amazing exhibition: “David Bowie Is”; lovely memories of the nice apartment we stayed in;
– Seeing “La Dame aux Camélias”, a beautiful and touching dance-drama, in the interpretation of the Dutch National Ballet is simply unforgettable;
– Day trip to Rotterdam and totally falling in love with the city (although I was not sure what to think about it for more than four years!);
– Berlin in four days and a half, with lovely Spring weather and with great “partners in crime”;
April was definitely a wonderful month and I am happy we got the chance to do so many nice things, including traveling to some of our favourite destinations.
And I haven`t entirely lost hope that Spring & T-shirt weather will eventually arrive here in Amsterdam, as well!
