It looks like this weekend has been the weekend of the markets. After a short stop at Nieuwmarkt on Saturday, it was Pure Markt`s turn today, this time in Frankendael Park.
I knew about this bio market (and about the park hosting it, as a matter of fact) from Amsterdamian, who has been telling me nice words about it for quite some time.
So today, in the most beautiful late September sun, I have finally got there to meet Amsterdamian and make some nice food shopping together.
After a tour in the park, we returned to the market and bought home made jams, empenadas and some other godies. We ended up with a glass of (Hungarian) sparkling wine in our hands, which we enjoyed while sitting on a bench and watching the world (kids and dogs) passing by.
I will for sure come back to Frankendael and most probably for a next Pure Markt.
